VLOG #4: Harvesting Seeds of the Moringa Miracle Tree in Santo Domingo

Moringa, Urban Gardening, Vlogs

To plant trees we need seeds! I noticed the Moringa tree in my street was loaded with seed pods so today I went out with some friends and harvested a bunch of them.

Since I have mentioned this amazing tree quite a few times I decided it would make for a good occasion to share some amazing facts about this incredible tree. Such as the fact that the leaves contain ALL the essential amino-acids, making it GREAT plant based protein. Or the fact that it contains high levels of minerals, vitamins and a bunch of other good stuff the rightfully makes the leaves of this plant a SUPERFOOD.

And then there are the seeds. Also filled with awesome properties that make it suitable for anything ranging from skin care to filtering water.

I also learned that eating the green seeds…well, kinda puts you on a trip. Take a look for yourself to learn more and feel free to let me know what you think.

Keep Growing!
